As the new owners of Big Mineral Resort & Marina we first intend to do some general maintenance & clean up around the property.

Some of those items include:

Replace Decking around public bathrooms
Rebuild the decks on Cabins 1 through 4
Repair / replace all boards on Gang Ways to Docks
Remove all debris from around property
Clean up the shoreline & tree lines
Repair docks 9 & 10 & Build a new Gang Way
Replace all boards on Fuel Dock and Make Repairs
Paint Cabins 1-4 / Replace Doors & Siding on Bathrooms
Road Repairs
Install a new play set for kids
Remodel old corps bathroom into a Shower House
(This will hold two private bathrooms with Code Locks on the doors, for the use of our Renters only)
Convert main house at the entrance into a nightly rental.
Complete construction of Boat Dock (24 more slips)
Repair Boat Ramp
New Breakwater
Repair Pavilions

These are some of the ideas that we have come up with for Future Projects around the park.

Recreation Area - Splash Pad, Beach Volleyball, Horseshoe Pits, Corn Hole
New Speed Bumps to make it safer for kids to ride bikes around the park.
Club House - Private Pool & Hot Tub (Tenants Only, No Day Use)
Coin Laundry
New Cabins & Glamping spots
Widen and Replace a bunch of the 30amp RV spots with 50amp / Add New Pull Through Spaces
New Open Storage up at entrance out of flood zone. (Remove old storage)
Add a courtesy dock at boat ramp.
Golf Cart Rental
Kayak, Paddleboard & Paddle boat Rentals
New Rental Boats
Cut Walking / Hiking Trails through the woods
